New Patient

We welcome patients who live within our Practice Area. Please click here for a map showing this area. This is for guidance only and we recommend that you check with Reception to see if your address is within our area. As a general rule we only accept patients with a BR6 or TN14 postcode.  Please note the Practice area does not extend beyond the Orpington War Memorial in that direction. New patients are offered a Health check when joining.

If you wish to register you will need to bring your medical card (and those of your family if appropriate) to Reception or alternatively complete an NHS Registration form and return it to Reception. This can be downloaded by clicking here or are available from the Medical Centre. It will also be necessary to complete a New Patient questionnaire and to save time you may wish to print off the form and complete it before visiting the surgery.
